Job Description
This position serves on a team of Oracle Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Benefits module within the Oracle Cloud software. During the implementation product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of all Benefits plans required at H+H (Medical, Pension, Retirement Plans, etc.). Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the software. This role will also provide internal customers Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support. This person Perform other duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide PeopleSoft Benefits Production support
- Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the team for Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
- Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project
- Knowledge of ORACLE Cloud is a must with at least 3 implementations on the Benefits module
- Partner with HRSS personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications.
- Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions
- Work with other EITS teams during downtimes, SQL server updates, Epic upgrades
- Perform other work as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field of study;
- Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three full life-cycle of Oracle Cloud’s Benefits module implementation and/or upgrade.
- Experience in PeopleSoft HR & Benefits is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements:
- Knowledge of Service Now software
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
- Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary
- Healthcare Experience is a plus
- This is a hybrid role 80% Remote and 20% On-site. You will be required to commute on-site to the Bronx location if needed with a 48 hrs notice.
Years of Experience:
- Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications.
- Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years).
- Network Services requires a telecommunications background and experience
- Healthcare background preferred
